Micro-content services can do far more than keep a business active on social media. When they are planned properly, they can help build visibility, shape a brand, and support growth from the earliest stage. That is exactly what happened with RealmsVR.
At the start of 2025, RealmsVR had a website and a strong concept, but very little marketing. They needed more than occasional posts. They needed clear direction, consistent branding, and content that accurately conveyed the experience. That is where
nu media group came in.
Starting with the right foundations
When we first began working with RealmsVR, the business was still in its early stages. The website was live, and the offer was clear, but there was no established social presence, no content plan, and no wider strategy to support long-term visibility.
That matters because new businesses do not just need marketing for the sake of it. They need the right structure behind it. For RealmsVR, that meant building a stronger public presence and giving the brand a clearer way to show what sets it apart.
Why micro-content services suited RealmsVR
Micro-content services suited RealmsVR because the business is highly visual and experience-led. Virtual reality is exciting, but it is not always easy to explain through written copy alone. People often need to see the atmosphere, energy, and interaction to understand the appeal.
That is where short-form content became so valuable. Instead of relying on one large campaign or a few static images, RealmsVR could build a useful bank of flexible assets. Those assets could then support social media, promotions, partnerships, and wider brand awareness.

Building the brand in early 2025
Our work with RealmsVR began at the start of 2025. First, we helped shape the branding, build the initial social media plan, and create the early strategy. We also storyboarded content concepts and presented ideas that later became the videos, helping the brand establish a clearer creative direction from the outset.
That gave the business a much clearer direction and a stronger framework for how it would present itself online. Their first social media post then went live in March 2025. That was an important milestone because it marked the start of a more consistent public presence.
Creating content on-site and in the studio
One of the strengths of this project was the range of content we created. We filmed with RealmsVR on-site to capture the virtual reality experience in a natural setting. That helped show what customers could actually expect from the venue and gave the brand strong video content that felt engaging and easy to understand.
We also brought RealmsVR into our in-house nu media studio, which added more variety to the content. As a result, the brand was able to build a broader asset mix. Some pieces focused on the venue’s immersive nature, while others supported broader brand presentation and campaign activity.
Micro-content services that kept evolving
This case study is especially useful because the work did not stop after the launch phase. RealmsVR continued using nu media group for micro-content services, and the content evolved alongside the business.
Throughout 2025, new opportunities gave the brand more ways to use content. In October 2025, we filmed with RealmsVR again, and their collaboration with Smith & Western was announced on social media on 8 October 2025. We also created content linked to their sponsorship of a local football team, including material used on the advertising boards during matches. In addition, we produced short, advert-style content displayed on screens throughout their office.
These examples are among many that show the broader value of micro-content services. They can support much more than routine posting. They can also help with partnerships, sponsorship activity, on-site promotion, and local brand visibility.
From launch support to long-term growth
One of the strongest parts of the RealmsVR story is how the business developed over time. They grew to the point where they could build their own in-house social media team, using the early structure and guidance that nu media group helped put in place.
Even so, the relationship did not end there. Although we no longer manage their social media, RealmsVR still uses us for ongoing micro-content services. That is a strong sign of long-term value. The service remained useful as the business became more established and more ambitious.
